I missed last week, mostly because I was insanely busy. This weeks offering is just a quick sketch of me in some illustrative style that I can't really pin point. I was just doodling, playing around lines, and this formed.

A little more playing around with the new tablet. You might notice that my sideburns are very uneven. If you didn't, then you were like me until I took this picture. Has since been corrected, but will stand for all time now!

Self Portrait #13
Well thanks to Christmas and a few Amazon gift cards I was able to get a Wacom Bamboo Capture tablet. I've wanted one for quite some time, because I knew it would add a whole new level to my sketching. Not because it would improve it, but it would be more accessible being that it is on my computer. No process after a I finish something to get it to my hard drive for use, means less aggravation for me. Here's a quick sketch I did just before posting, which isn't super but there is a huge learning curve on this thing. Only one way to get better, keep going...spiral out.
